Agreement to these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tasted, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the app. These terms are between you and Ciobanu LLC, a limited liability company based in New York, USA.

About Tasted

Tasted is an iPhone app that helps you decide what to make for dinner from meals you already love. It is provided as a tool for personal, non-commercial use.

Your license to use Tasted

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use Tasted on Apple devices you own or control, for personal use, in accordance with these terms and Apple's standard App Store terms.

This license does not give you ownership of the app — only the right to use it.

In-app purchases

Tasted offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full app. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not handle your payment information.

Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase issues are governed by Apple's policies — please contact Apple Support for help with refunds. We do not have access to your purchase or refund details.

What you agree not to do

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app to violate any laws or anyone else's rights
• Misuse the app in any way that interferes with its normal operation

Disclaimers

Tasted is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We make no promises that the app will be error-free or available at all times.

Tasted is not a medical, dietary, or nutritional advice tool. The meal suggestions are for general decision-making convenience only. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions, consult a qualified professional before making food decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ciobanu LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the past twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we'll let you know more clearly. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
